Donate Today To Make This Happen

Thanks to the expansive generosity of our donors (see below), we have surpassed $115,000 in restoration funding! We are working hard to reach our goal of $200,00 this spring in order to finish the cottage construction inside and out by summer.

Make today that day you help us move ahead with our FINAL phase of cottage restoration!

Photo above: May 6, 2021 marked our solid commitment to make this project happen with the official Cottage Restoration Groundbreaking Ceremony! MI Mayor Benson Wong, MI Councilmember Craig Reynolds, and contractor Gary Redman of Redman Construction threw out the first dirt while young riders, dancers and pre-schoolers looked on.

Lakeview Schoolhouse Teacher's Cottage built circa 1918. More recently used as a caretaker's cottage.
